Internship at ProGineer Technologies
Our Internship Program is designed to cater to the specific needs of Progineer employees seeking to mentor and train candidates. This flexible program allows employees to request one or two interns, who can be either students enrolled in a university training course or recent graduates seeking practical experience.
Program Features:
- Customized Training: Internships are tailored to the specific requirements of the employee, focusing on areas such as Software Quality Assurance, Hardware Design Verification, Physical Design, Front-End Development, Back-End Development, DevOps, and more.
- Employee-Driven Requests: Progineer employees can initiate this process at any time of the year, based on the need for assistance in a specified field or project. The duration of the internship varies depending on the project’s needs and outcomes.
- Focused Mentorship: Employees provide hands-on training and mentorship, offering interns valuable, real-world experience in their specific area of expertise.
Target Audience: This program is ideal for university students needing to complete their training requirements and recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in their field.
Practical Training at ProGineer Technologies
Our Practical Training Program is designed for computer engineering students in their penultimate year of study. This comprehensive 2-month program is held three times a year (Summer, Spring, Fall) and provides a diverse curriculum tailored to enhance both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for the engineering field.
Program Features:
- Diverse Curriculum: Participants will engage in a broad range of topics, including software development, scripting, design verification, and physical design.
- Expert Instruction: The program is led by multiple experienced trainers, each specializing in their respective fields to ensure a rich and varied learning experience.
- Collaborative Learning Environment: The program accommodates 10 to 20 students from various universities, fostering a dynamic and interactive educational atmosphere.
- Hands-On Experience: Emphasis is placed on practical application, with hands-on sessions and collaborative projects integral to the curriculum.
Target Audience: The program is specifically designed for computer engineering students who have one year remaining until graduation, providing them with the necessary training to meet their academic requirements and prepare for their future careers.
